At AVI-SPL, we are committed to providing high-quality professional audio-visual solutions. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware items.

• 2.
  Verification and Approval

  Our technical support team will review your request within 2 business days to ensure the items are eligible for return under manufacturer warranty and store policies.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer boxes with all accessories and manuals included, then attach the provided RMA shipping label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received at our distribution center, we will inspect the equipment for damage and process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
